1992 acura integra right brake Light problem
I have a 92 integra that I recently bought on cl and I'm having problems with my back right brake light. Every time I step on the brake at night the right light goes completely out. I tried fuses and also new lights but still have the same problem. Can anyone help?
Does the bulb burn or does the light actually turn off? have you checked any of the wires going to the light bulb? does the fuse for that back light burn out?
The lights are on but when I step on the brakes the back right one goes out I was looking at the wires and it looked like they were cut and taped back together. I've checked all the fuses and tested them. I really don't know too much about cars. So I would appriciate the help
So your saying the right park/running light(s)go out when you step on the brake, if so, does the brake light turn on, [even dimly] if so it is a grounding problem, check the grounds, for all the bulb sockets on the right side. 94
Yeah they go on pretty dim. On the back window the brake lights didn't work either but I changed the bulbs and those lights work but not the right brake lights. How would I fix the ground wires cause I'm sort of new to fixing cars
Ijust checked again my left and window brake light are really bright when I step on the brakes. I seen that there is a ground wire exposed in the trunk that was suppose to hook up to a amp for subwoofers. Could that be a problem?
