Default 90-93 Integra Coupe seats in a 90 EF Sedan

Basically what the title says. Is it possible with just the rail switching. And if so how would one go about switching the rails cause I know one side of the rails on the integra seats hold the seats together.

I'm pretty sure you have to swap out the whole seat pan.

And how would I go about doing that? Never really messed with the seats, this would be my first time.

I've never done it but I know I've seen some how-to threads. Search for seat pan swap and see what you get. I'll see if I can find anything, too. I'm still debating on a swap or a recover for my front seats.

Hey thanks a lot. I've seen some videos, but they really don't go into much detail about what to do or how to do it. And I really don't feel like turning my seats to **** without having back up ones haha.

I put 90-93 Integra seats in my car last year. Highly doubt these could be done to any sort of quality degree with a seat pan swap. I did it the legit way, pulled my carpet and welded in all new seat mounts to the floorboards.

Pshh overthinking it, you dont need to seat pan swap or weld stuff. You swap one ef rail and bolt it to the bottom of the integra seat. You keep the teg rail ( the one that holds the seat together) on there. Then you throw them in the sedan. You will need to use some muscle to get the rails to align with the bolt holes, 3 of 4 will fit. The rail on the teggy seat that lays flat( the inner rail) either has to be bent to line up, or put a spacer and drill thru the floor. I ran it with 3 bolts just fine, but some ppl will be **** about being as safe as possibld and suggest using all 4 bolts
