Hey all! New member. Picked up a really nice 2002 Civic. When I bought it I noticed that the back window was kinda foggy. I thought that the defroster was some type of plastic that was filled with the defroster wires. I then notice that all four windows had a haze as well and when I scratched it with my nail I realized it was a non tinted plastic. All the window except the windshield have it. Was this intentionally done by the previous owner or was this something that left the factory. This was a one owner car that was owned by a little old lady and was mint when purchased. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like old window tint. 13 year old tint will fade like that.
