Hello I have a 91 accord and its developed a top end knock at around idle. Not to loud but noticable. I did a valve adjustment to make sure the rockers where in spec. I also changed the oil and it didn't have shavings.

I have had this issue for a while now and it only happens at around idle. It runs smooth and has power but has this slight knock at idle.

Has anyone had this issue or have any advice?
