Default Power steering rack leaks at connector

I tried search but no luck.

I have a 2006 V6 Accord with 180k miles. After a couple months of being parked, it has developed a power steering fluid leak that is starting to eat the driveway asphalt .
The fluid comes from one of the flarenut fittings where fluid lines connect to the rack. It is the lower fitting on the passenger side of the part where the steering column enters the rack (if that makes sense). Now I thought 'good news, it's a 50c O-ring, not a a rack rebuild. Now I can't get the fitting to budge. It fits a 17mm wrench, but it just seems to be welded in place. Is this something that can be removed ? If yes, has anyone done this before and got any tips to share ?

A "crows foot" line wrench has always done me well for lines like that that don't want to move with a regular line wrench.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like that may do the trick. Always a good reason to buy new tools
