Default Wiring issues h23 in a 1990 accord

people that did an h23 obd1 swap in to an obd 0 car. i'm in the process of doing this swap into an 1990 accord and we have the 1994 prelude si the whole car now we have the motor in the car using the accord wire harnesses and we tried to start the car no crank over at all. my question is since the motor from the h23 is obd1 and the accord is obd 0 do i have to use the all the prelude's wire harness to get this to work. we have all the wiring out of the prelude already. so to people who have done this swap or people have knowledege on wiring issues can u please help me out. thanks also is there a way not to have any wiring involved?

i could ahve sworn that all 4th gen accords were obd 1....if the p14 ecu plugged right in then its obd1. as far as wiring goes you can put the accord harness onto the h23a1 without mods and the car should run (with check engine lights)
