The immobilizer on my 06 ridgeline will work for 1 or 2 months then not start for a week without many attempts or so then months will go by OK
Fuel pump relay has been changed.
can I remove the ECU wire to the pump relay and connect it to + or -
to make it start so the pump runs when the ignition is on.

Are you positive it's the immobilizer? I'd suggest you check/replace the starter cut relay and see if that resolves the issue.
