Icon6 Random poweramp fuse blown.. No radio modifications

Hi,

I was driving and out of no where, my speakers when mute and i smelt that unfortunate electric fuse smoke. I located the 20amp fuse on the passenger door so I was happy to replace it right away. However, the moment I plugged a new one in, it popped instantly. I was unsure what this could be so I when back and disconnected my sub speaker, my USB audio cables and unhooked the battery. After replacing the fuse and then reconnecting everything back together, the fuse popped again.. The stereo and lights all seem to be working where it is just an issue with the speakers. When the new fuse is plugged in, the sub makes a bump noise where simultaneously the fuse breaks.

I hope this is something I am looking over.. I don't know what it could be and i assume it could be a grounding issue. But where to look?

Thank you!

I have not made any modifications to the stereo or the car itself.. The radio just stopped working. There couldnt be any 'exposed' wires??
