Default 99 itr OBD2A or OBD2B?

I have a chipped p28 ecu that I want to run. I ordered a obd2a to obd1 conversion harness, from what I've read 99 integras are obd2a.

I took a look at plug A on the ecu and at a19 it's supposed to be the alternator wire, but on my car a19 is blank. This troubled me a bit.

I did a Google search and another person put a thread up on h-t long ago that had a 99 itr with an obd2a to obd1 harness with a chipped p28 and the car wouldn't start. There was no conclusion to the thread unfortunately.

Does anyone have any input? I want to know if I bought the right harness, it's still shipping to me but id like to know now if possible, or of anyone knows definitely which obd my car is, or why a19 is blank on my plug.

Thanks guys

FML thanks. I looked at my ecu last night and it looks like an obd2a , meaning the plugs are spaced out the same way as obd2a, with one plug blank in the middle as opposed to obd2b.

Does that matter?

So I'm obd2a then based on the ecus in the pic? My ecu looks like the ecu second from the top

Also...

I have a chipped pr4 (converted to p28) and a chipped p28.

Does anyone know if my ac will still work with either ecu? I'm still waiting for the dam obd2 to obd1 harness before I can try the ecus out.

Any info is appreciated, thank you.

Lol. Bogus that nobody answered you. But...as you can see, searching is helpful.

96-99 Integras are OBD2A.
00-01's are OBD2B.

For people that are wondering in the future.

Thanks, it's all g I was 99.99% sure I was obd2a, the info was ready enough to find, it's just when I was looking at the wiring diagram some #s were off, but regardless the obd2a harness works fine.

Yup, OBD2A. Second from the top, as you mentioned. I pulled my ECU out just to check.
