Default B16 Swap Problems

JDM B16 SIR-1 into my 91 hatch, OBD0. Starts fine but revs sound all messed up, dies when revved sometimes too. I've replaced the Dizzy and all the wiring is correct (did a continuity check). I've also read that it could be the stock D series fuel pump won't work for the B16. ANY help would be appreciated. PLEASE do not tell me to keep googling because I have spent many hours staring at this screen and trying to decipher what people on HT call "typing."
But again, any help, info, or direction with possible problems or experienced something like this would be greatly appreciated, I really miss my f**king car, man.

Thanks

Also, keep getting code 4 on the ECU, which is the crank position sensor, but we replaced the Dizzy.

Most likely the obd0 b16 ecu causing it. It reads a certain o2, i think actually 2 o2 sensors, specifically for a b16 exhaust manifold, so i read. Theres one sensor that reads 2 exhaust cylinders, and the other sensor reads the other 2. For example, 1 o2 reads cylinders 1 and 3, 2nd o2 reads 2 and 4 , something likethat. If your obd0 ecu is chipped then disregard this.
When i did my b16 swap, i ran it as obd1 with a chipped p28, thing ran like a beast and got insanely good mpg 27ish.

Yeah I have 2 o2 sensors. ECU isn't chipped. OBD1 is definitely the route I want to go but not at the moment.

Not sure then. Both o2s are wired correctly and are both in the exhaust manifold? I didn't have to upgrade my fuel pump.
