In.my 2001 odyssey van there are 2 electrical fans. Well both are operational , but only.when im running the a/c system . Otherwise niether turn on at any stage of operation with key "on" engine "off", or engine "on". I know this is real simple , I just cant think of the simple solution for a quick troubleshoot.
