Hey everyone


Really stumped here. I'm trying to make use of my HDMI port using an MHL Adapter (Micro USB to HDMI adapter) and mating it with my Samsung Galaxy S6, which uses the latest version of Android.

I can not get absolutely anything to happen happen when it's connected, No charge, no pop ups, nothing. I tried different HDMI cables, using screen mirror by samsung (says no devices found).

Now before you apple users jump in, yes...apple works over HDMI.

Has anyone gotten android devices to work over HDMI? If so, can you let me know how you did it?

I really want it to work as music sounds amazing over HDMI.

Even the Apple devices have issues as a few of my friends have complained about it...

I'll see if I can dig up anything but good luck none the less!

Hey. Unfortunately, the android devices are not compatible with the hdmi kit at this time. Only the iPhones can use that right now. There are compatibility discrepencies that dealers need to explain.
