Default Transmission interchangeability

The trans in my CD5 blew a few weeks ago, and I can get my hands on an MCJA from a JDM CG for relatively cheap. I know the bell housing bolt patterns are the same, but what about mounts and ECU/TCU? I need to know ASAP as the car is my daily

Any of these trans will work in your 95. 1990–1997 H4A — 4-speed (aka A6VA/AOYA/APX4/APXA/BOYA/MP1A/MP1B/MPJA/MPOA/MPWA/MPXA/PX4B)
some will have different gearing.
