My 95 Honda Accord won't pass over 4k rpm

Once it hits about 4k it bogs out... like the engine is choking out. What could it be?

ive been having the same problem in my 02 dx for about a month now it gets to 4k then bogs hard revs fine at half throttle

I've been reading that it could be my tps or fuel injectors but I'm not so sure
