So i research and researched but nowhere i seen or understood how to do it . Basicly i have gsr swap in an eg with obd1 ecu, so i understand i need to wire the extended o2 sensor wires to the ecu thats fine , I bought the subharness from rywire and when i went to plug in the connector plug into the connector plug of the o2 sensor which is on the headers both heads were different, i asked rywire and he told me i need to remove the connector head of the o2 sensor, so does that mean i cut both plugs and solder them ? Check engine light is on because the o2 sensors not connected, i cant pull the code because the service check connector is missing when the swap was done .

 

Short the two pins in the ECU connector for the service connector.

yes, that would be D4 (brown) and D22 (green-white) wires for the service connector

 

Your top pic looks like the wires pulled out of the female end of the 02 connector. That part should just unclip and pull off exposing the male end of the sensor which will plug right in to your #2 pic.

 

O2s now plugged in thank you now I have to get from junkyard service connector and wire it to the ecu thanks for the wire info appriciate it guys
