Hey everyone. I need help. I'm a bit of a nubbie when it comes to working on cars but I'm willing to learn. That's one reason I bought a super cheap 94 Civic EX and worked on it to get it running smoothly.

So I noticed shortly after I bought it that the right turn signal flashed crazy fast. In addition to changing out a couple of other bulbs, I'm pretty sure I replaced both the rear and front turn signals. But still it flashes fast. The left side flashes fine. And the hazards flash both sides fine, both sides synced, but when the right side flashes it's quicker like the relay on just the right side is 1/10th the time.

I'm wondering how I can trouble shoot this problem. What should I check and how do I check it? I thought it might be a fuse, but I don't know which one is the Right side blinker, I can't find one on the diagram. I read on here it could be a relay, but I don't know which one it is or how to check it or even where it is?

So if anyone can help me that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Swap the right bulbs to the left side and vice versa. What happens?
