Default Brake pedal goes to the floor after wide turns

I just installed new coilovers on my 1989 civic sedan and now my brakes wont work when i do big turns. Only thing different that ive notice is that my coilovers didnt have those two slots where the brake line connects too so i just left my cable hanging freely could this be it?
Maybee when i turn the cable gets pulled and it stops the fluid from getting to the MS and thats why my pedal goes to the floor?

It's possible, or you got a leak now from letting it hang, which should never ever be allowed to happen.

I double checks and as of now I no leaks what so ever and my brake fluid is all the way up.
How do i keep the brake cable in place now that i have coilovers ?
