I just bought some CTR headlights and was wondering if I needed to take the front bumper off to install them. I think I do, just no sure , sorry if this is a stupid question. By the way I've got a 2000 Civic Si. Thanks for any help>

 

Yes you need to take the bumper off. Can't do it without doing that first. Takes me about 5 min to do.

 

DON'T BREAK the plastic clips!!

 

it took me about half an hour to install mine. it was just a matter of undoing all the clips and bolts. everything goes back in the same way it came off. the only thing is that the ctr headlights don't come with the reflectors. if you're iffy about having the reflectors in, you might have to drill a hole into your factory ones to undo the screw to take the reflectors out. it looks alright with or without the reflectors. if you want to wire up the city lights, that will take a little bit longer than half an hour.

who says you might have to drill a hole into your headlights. all you need is a flathead, phillips, and a heat gun.
