What's the difference between type r and hx rims (enkeis)

 

HX =14" 4x100
Type R = 15" 4x114

Assuming you are talking about these, not the 5 lug USDM itr wheels.

Don't correct him just sell them to him

 

Just let him think you have type R wheels.

 

"Sir, you have to believe me, my wheels are a dime a dozen." He should be able to see the "R14" and know they are HXs, otherwise, he is a normal kid who knows nothing.

Alternatively, every person I meet immediately thinks I have HXs, not the 4x114s pictures above

 

I was just being sarcastic if he thinks the hx are type r wheels, would it be safe to say he probably doesn't know what a 4x114 bolt pattern is?
