1999 Accord EX no-chip key stuck in ignition

1999 Accord EX no-chip key stuck in ignition
I had a chipped key and and metal key without a chip made. The chipped key worked fine. The un-chipped key [metal key] is stuck in the ignition. I was told by the lock smith that the metal key would start the car for only a minute. I was not informed that it would stick in the ignition.
How do I get it out?
