Selling a Schley Products Ball Joint Removal Tool. Paid $108 for this. Currently retails on eBay for $90.00. No longer own a Honda that will need Ball Joint replacement in the near future, and it's spring cleaning so this needs to go to a good home!

I believe this is an air tool so you need compress air to use it.

 

Correct-you will need an air hammer to use this.

Here is more information from the manufacturer. This tool needs an air compressor and air hammer, and will work on the following (but is not limited to) models:

Works with "Spring Type" tool retainer air hammers.

Will the tool and hammer have enough clearance to do this on jack stands with the knuckle still on the car?

 

Yes it will. The purpose of this tool is to eliminate the need to take the knuckle off the car. I removed two ball joints with this tool by having my civic on jackstands. Great tool that pays for itself after one use. If I had an older Honda in my garage I definitely would not be selling this tool.
