Default 1997 Honda Civic ex with a d16y7

I have a 1997 Honda Civic ex with a d16y7 motor and I was wondering what ecu can I use for it. I was also wondering if I have to change the engine hardness. My car was also converted into stick and some wires from the auto transmission are still there? What can I do? Thanks

Proper ECU is a P2E for the D16Y7. You will want the manual transmission version of the P2E obviously.

After that and it is running you can check CEL codes if there are any and go from there.
