Sh tranny with h23
You would need some kind of custom shaft, as the ATTS unit takes the place of the midshaft, and that entire side of the bellhousing is different. To be honest, I think that the "diff" in the SH tranny is different to work properly with the ATTS as well, so it would probably be pretty close to, if not completely, non-functional on the road.
Mind if I pry and ask what your idea is, just use a cheaply sourced engine while keeping ATTS in an SH? Get more torque on the cheap?

I got a blown sh and want to convert my 4th gen si to a manual on the cheap. I dont care if ATTS works i was going to disable it anyways for turbo use.

Gotcha.
Yeah I think that would be more hassle to make work than it is worth. Plus I am pretty sure the pedal setup has different mounts for the 5th gen chassis, and other small differences. Probably better to hold out for a cheap 4th gen with a blown engine or accident, or someone who buys a jdm swap with tranny and gets rid of their old stuff.
