Ok so plz don't bash me. I'm in alaska and we have a couple tuner shops in Anchorage and I'm getting mine rebuilt and turboed and my tech told me we need to bore to 84mm but we're not sleeving and he said it's not a must for our hp goal 360 - 380whp but all I've read online is I need to sleeve.so my question is is it a must if it has a really good tune

 

You need to sleeve. That's ridiculous. You might need another tuner
