PA 1994 Integra GSR DB8 4 door 126k clean title tasteful modifications

The car is extremely reliable it has been my daily driver for the last two + years, I have taken it on multiple road trips with no issue. The car is not perfect but is very clean, clean title, 2 owner original engine and transmission GSR with about 126k miles. Integra GSR's are harder to find in 4 door sedan body style and this '94 is serial number 000743 which means it is the 743rd Integra of this body style to roll off the assembly line in Suzuka, Japan.
The car does have some flaws I have listed and the exterior is not perfect condition, as with the interior. It is very clean but has the typical small dings, scratches, and stains on the carpet for a 20 year old car. Original owner was an old man and I have taken very good care of the car. I'm sure there is some stuff that I forgot to list.
Modifications: (excluding maintenance items)
• Function and Form Type One coil overs
• Adjustable rear upper control arms
• Function7 rear lower control arms
• Rear subframe brace
• Rear lower tie bar (not installed)
• Energy Suspension polyurethane sway bar mounts
• Energy Suspension polyurethane control arm and shock mount bushings
• K Tuned B series shifter
• PWD:JDM aluminum shift ****
• Energy Suspension shifter bushings
• Pioneer double-din LCD head unit
• Boston Acoustics speakers
• Furry center console
• Short ram intake
• Phearable.net tune (4500 rpm two-step launch control, 7500 rom CEL shift light)
• 5000k HID's (needs pass. Side ballast)
• Type R replica front lip
• Repaint roof + mirrors
• All red taillights
• Patch rust + repaint quarter panels
• Apexi WS2 Muffler
• Set of 14" steelies with good snow tires included
• Sound deadening in trunk and doors
• 35% tint strip on windshield, no other tint
• Sony stereo and aftermarket speakers with tweeters
• All red taillights
Recent maintenance:
• Oil change, spark plugs, cap & rotor a few months ago (have mileage written down)
• New CV axles 6 months ago
• Replaced sway bar end links when bushings were installed
• Previous owner did clutch at 105,000 miles
• Clutch master and slave cylinder replaced 15k miles ago
• Patched rust and repainted quarters with BASF paint
Issues:
• ABS light is on, ABS system needs bled
• Drivers side door lock does not work, $40 part

Update, enkeis have been sold. Car is on the steelies with good snow tires currently. Exhaust has been repaired by a reputable shop and it is nice and quiet. Price drop $4500
The car is back on the market. I decided to reinstall the factory exhaust manifold and catalytic converter so it would legally pass inspection. I just got it inspected; safety and emissions, expires august of 2016. Price is $3995 obo thanks!

need to sell soon, price is down to $3000 somewhat negotiable (I'd rather negotiate on price after you see the car in person) I will look at trade offers, I need something 4x4 preferably a truck or Jeep.
