Hey all, just bought me a 97 civic si and i love it so far! that being said, it only came with winter tires and i need to get some sommers. sooooo, I've been looking around and fell in love with diamond racing wheels (or different brand, but love the look of the offest steelies).

From what I've been able to gather on forums and stuff, I'm thinking of getting either 15x8 +12 offset rims and 205/50R15 tires OR 16x8 +12 with 205/45R16. Can anyone confirm if this setup will work (in terms of clearing the brake calipers and not sticking way out of the wheel wells ect.)?

I'd really appreciate any input. also, if you have other rim ideas that look good shoot them this way!

tire sizes will work, +12 offset will stick out and be super mexican

 

Oh dang, that's not what I'm going for haha. I'm just looking to fill in my wheel wells a bit, so that the fender and the edge of my rim is flush. What offset would work best for that?

 

nothing lower than +25 to +40
