Default Bomz Racing Cold Air Intake, any comments??

Hi there
I was going to buy an AEM Cold Air for my Civic HB, and some of my friends asked me to check out the Bomz Racing one before spending extra $100 on the AEM one.
I was looking at the Bomz Racing 92-95 Civic Cold air on directcarparts.net http://www.directcarparts.net, it looks like nicely constructed. And the $100 saving is really tempting...
I have seen their Aluminum Spoiler and their muffler, look really nice, but haven't seen their Cold Air Intakes before.
any comments on Bomz Racing?

Thankyou very much

urs

Definitely save the $100 and get a Bomz Racing Cold Air.
I don't understand why people spending over $100 on an aluminum TUBE.
It's all marketing...
If you want to spend more money on an Injen or AEM, you're just wasting your hard earn money.

I would rather spend more money on the FILTER itself, not the TUBE.

Good point!!!

Unfortunately, then he has to drill holes on the airbox - he probably doesn't have the money to buy a drill-bit.

no drill bit needed...just remove all the resonator piping in the bumper, drop in the drop in, and you have a "poor mans" cold air intake

Thank you guys!

Just got my Bomz Racing Cold Air Intake from http://www.directcarparts.net !
Pretty awesome dude, ordered it yesterday, got it today!

Installed it in 15 minutes. Top end feel much much stronger, sounds great too!!

Beside the Cold air, I ended up buying all the BARS (Front upper, lower, rear up and lower) that's available for my car.
Everything for under $190!! Free shipping too!!

The Type-R upper front and rear bars that I got is really nice, in anodized brown.
Going to install them after work today.

Thank you again for all the suggestions!!
