I hit a bump pretty hard while turning left from a stop after that the wheel just started turning left hard. I pulled of the tires couldnt see any damage. If anybody has any idea what it could be would help trying to get my car back on the road thanks.

Probably knocked your alignment out of whack. Bring it to an alignment shop and have them check the toe, and/or if any control arms are bent.
