first one it's a 92-95 ex? and second is 96-00 dx?

 

First one appears to be off of a D15B7. Second one, yes, D16Y7.

 

Are you sure on the first one? That's the one I'm mainly questioning about.

 

The P06 casted on it makes me want to lean that way. I'm better read up on my 96-00 than I am my 92-95's, though, so I could be wrong. I just noticed, though, that it has a cruise nipple, which I don't think was an option on the DX...but was it an option on the LX? They shared the same motor.

You could try looking at parts diagrams on Majestic Honda - The Internet's #1 Honda Automotive Parts Store, see what looks like what.

does the HF-3 matters?

 

The P06 vs P08 is more important than the HF-3. There ya go, then. It's a D16B7 manifold.
