Looking to boost and build my K24A4 that is in my 2003 Accord. It is a 5spd. I'm looking for a safe, semi affordable and fairly extensive engine management solution (map, injector, ignition, i-vtec tables, boost control as well as data logging etc.) I realize that Honda ECUs are speed density based. I would like something that has a turbo basemap for my motor as well.

Hondata offers the K-Pro ECU upgrade which is an add on board that fits inside the ecu (in case you didn't know haha). I thought I could use that but after looking into their site a little more it appears to only work with the RSX, Civic Si, Element and S2000. My question is why doesn't it work with the Accord? Being a K series ECU I thought it would work. My other main question is what other ECU can run the K24A4? Could I use one of the Hondata K-Pro supported ECUs to run my K24A4? This is also confusing (quoted off the hondata website as far as to applications for the K-Pro): It says it fits "2003-2006 Element (manual transmission with adapter harness and modified 02-04 ecu)" The 2003-2006 Element runs the K24A4 so WTF?

• Can I run a Hondata K-Pro upgrade on my K24A4 ECU?
• If I can't run a Hondata setup, what can I run?
