Default chasing a D17A1 oil leak

Hello all, my trusty 01 civic LX started to develop oil loss at around 200k, Found the cam plug dumping oil- fixed that, oil loss slowed down to 1 quart over 5k miles without any drips in the garage. Drivers side of the pan was still very wet. when I did the T- Belt at 240K (last month) I noticed oil in the bottom of the cover (the old belt was dry) so I installed a new OEM seal along with a new valve cover seal kit. Oil loss still happening and a few drips off the bottom of my new T-belt covers bottom edge. Oil does seem to be dripping all over the drivers side half of the pan gasket area- even the front edge, is it possible that I didn't mess up the crank seal and that its the pan? what are the common areas to inspect at this point.
Thanks, Joe
