Power Steering Pump Leak
if you can afford a new one I'd rather just swap it out with an already built one.
But if you have the patience and want to tear it apart and try to rebuild it power to you.
If you want to check for a leak go ahead and clean your bay and parts real good and watch for it to come back. Bay is pretty dirty.

Man, rebuilding it will be a tough one...but a new oem one will cost a lot of money also lol.
I may just clean the pump and see if it continues to leak or show moisturization in those areas again (and the bay will be cleaned also lol)
