Default Power Steering Pump Leak

Hiya guys, have a base auto 05 with 135k miles. It looks like I'm starting to develop a sort of a leak on the PS pump and just wanted some input on it and how I should go about it? (Rebuild or buy a new one)

Here are some pictures and a link to a video.

if you can afford a new one I'd rather just swap it out with an already built one.

But if you have the patience and want to tear it apart and try to rebuild it power to you.

If you want to check for a leak go ahead and clean your bay and parts real good and watch for it to come back. Bay is pretty dirty.

Man, rebuilding it will be a tough one...but a new oem one will cost a lot of money also lol.

I may just clean the pump and see if it continues to leak or show moisturization in those areas again (and the bay will be cleaned also lol)
