can someone help tell me what year is this from

What year did this block come from? And can a water pipe frm a b18a1 fit it and what cable transmission. Thank you very much...

The block year is on the right side outside of that picture. If you could pan to the right you will see the year stamp on it.

Ok thank you and would this be a good set up for a 93da also putting a b16 head frm 99 civic but need rods and pistons only has crank
