Default Body kit and maybe lowering my next Accord.

I am going to be getting a 1998 Honda Accord LX from my Step dad as a graduation present. He will be swapping cars with me
The front and back bumpers are cracked due to the previous owner, and are need of replacement.
I want to get a nice body kit, and make the side skirts and bumpers black (Car is Honda's YR508M). However it is stock height. I can't seem to find a stock height car with a body kit. Would this look extremely weird? And being just a daily driver, would some Tein Basis Coilovers be a good choice to lower it?

I think a less expensive DD suspension setup would be Eibach pro-kit springs with Koni oranges (Str T). Even stock the wheel gap is a bit ugly, I have stock bodywork and lowering the car 1.5" looks just perfect.

To be said about the body kit, I get the feeling this board isn't very body-kit friendly, but my advice is to stick with subtle over wild. I quite like the Stillen front lip; it adds onto the stock bumper and provides a nice air dam without being too wild, and is still more than the simple lip that is "in vogue" among more mature Honda owners. I wouldn't do skirts and a rear bumper; skirts because of speed bumps, and a rear bumper because without skirts it just looks strange. Just replace the rear bumper with oem and do what you want to the front. Just please paint it before you put the car back on the road!

Okay, so hmm. How would black bumpers look with the Heaven mist color of the car look to you?
And would it be a bad idea to use spray paint on the bumper? Because with all of the items in mind, a paint job for the parts would probably be out of budget I mean, people have Spray bombed their whole car.

And okay, I will look at the lowering suggestion
