There was a writeup on a 5 lug conversion in the FAQ at the top of the page for 6th gen.

Fairly simple on '98-02's as the V6 cars were 5lug, just swap the complete uprights/spindles/knuckles from a V6 on you your I4 car.

So how come some of the post make it more complicated if its that simple. What would you estimate the cost to be on something like that?

On the 94-97 Accord it is more complicated than that.

On 90-97 cars it is a bit more complicated yes. These are the more common threads that are on the net.

98-02 cars were 4 lug for I4 and 5 lug for V6.

What part is complicated?
Pretty sure both cars used the same taper on the ball joints and suspension links, as well as stub axle splines.

If your car is originally rear drums then the rear hard lines and hoses will need to be changed and the MC may need to be changed if it is a different piston diameter to maintain correct pedal feel. Also rear parking brake cables from drum to disc.
If your car already has disc rear, then I would suspect the hard/soft lines are the same.

5-lug and Rear Disc Swap
Although the title on this thread should read '98-02 5-lug and Rear Disc Swap'.

Mine came with disc brakes in the rear. So your saying its as easy as just swapping the parts from a v6 from the same yr and it should be fine?

Doesn't even have to be the same year. 98-02 V6 Accords were all 5-lug.

The 4th and 5th generation Accords were significantly more work.
