I tore apart my trans I was gonna order carbon master kit for it and I saw this.. I assume they are still good?

Do they make ugly noises? If not, I wouldn't worry too much.

There's no indication of teeth missing due to damage, so you're likely good.
What's the model of this transmission; or what's the year, model, & trim of vehicle that this transmission came out of?

 

My guess is that it is a GSR trans due to spinning the input shaft and getting the roughly 4.5 spins out of the axel holes.

 

It looks like a ls transmission..can u make a foto of differential.

 

look at the wear in the grooves on the hub from the first picture I think its the 3-4 selector on the mainshaft. it may grind slightly. u can probably take it off and clean it up with some sandpaper or a fine tooth file. check the ring as well make sure its not worn or bent to avoid pop outs
