Getting New Bolts and Screws for Parts
I had a lot of trouble getting my rear bumper off because all the screws and bolts were rusted on. I couldn't fit a dremmel tool in there to cut throught the bolts, so I ended up just cutting my bumper to pieces since I have a new one anyway. (sorry to the guy who said you needed it)
Anyway, I've been having problems getting other stuff of because of rusted screws and bolts too. While I have everything pulled off, I want to get all brand new screws and bolts for both bumpers, all four mudflaps, front and rear filler pieces, and more. I figured the easiest place to get them if they have em would be the dealership. Does anyone know if they will just sell the screws and bolts, and how much this might cost? Or if they don't sell em, do you know of any other place? Some of them are pretty weird so I wouldn't be able to find them all at the hardware store. And even if they did have em all, that would take forever! Please help me out if you know...

I think you may have luck at a speciality hardware outfit; they are generally wholesale but
usually have a cash counter. My local outfit specializes in metric and other application
specific hardware, but they also can order (and actually stock some) of the everyday
stuff that breaks when you disassemble stuff, like door panel clips and all that other weird
plastic crap that snaps as soon as you look at it the wrong way. Honda dealers have the
stuff for sure, but it can get pricy. You may also want to check out a good tool place;
if its big enough, they may have metric h/w and even better maybe automotive metric h/w.
Time to grab the yellow pages.....
good luck

lowe's sells a surprising large amount of metric nuts and bolts along with automotive clips and fasteners. i've had better luck at lowe's than home depot...
