Default Cruise control button

The light went out on the button and so I ordered the bulbs. There were two on the Majestic Honda website. When they come in, one was red and other green.

I take out the switch and sure enough there are two bulbs. One red and one green. Anyone know why there are two? I had never seen a red light come on when using cruise control and I don't know how to make it turn on.

Amber, not red, and it is to illuminate the word "CRUISE" (on the switch) when the lights are on. If you've never noticed it, chances are it has been burned out the entire time you've owned the vehicle.

The green bulb illuminates upon activating the cruise control. (pressing the switch down)
