Default AC GENIUSES

okay heres the deal with my 96 civic. i recovered, vacuumed, and charged my ac and its blowing cold. few days go by and its warm.
The system will not hold a vacuum and my condenser where the high side line bolts into it will not stop leaking oil.
low side will be cold/warm but the high side is ridiculously hot.
I've replaced the evaporator, expansion valve, and high side line so far. what next?
