Default valve stem to valve guide clearance

So I'm at a bit of a standstill until i find this information. How much wear is too much on the valve guide?

For starters, I used a split ball gauge on the I.D. of the guides, and measured with a 0-1" mic, both starrett pieces.

I'm in a bit of a time crunch and need this motor done yesterday. I've been searching most of the night and could not find a decisive answer with a set number.

All my valve stems (ferrea 5000 series) measure in at
0.2155" intake,
0.2145-.2150" exhaust

The guides all measured between 0.217-0.2185" intake side
.02175-.0219" exhaust side

Anywhere from .002-.003" on intake
And .003-.004" on exhaust.

Are these numbers acceptable to proceed with this build?

Thanks for your replies

Sorry, forgot to mention it is a PR3 head that will see 11.5:1 on gsr block with 82mm PR3 pistons, skunk2 tuner 2's, performer x manifold, ITR header (for the time being), 2-1/2" exhaust, 420cc injectors, EM1 trans. Mostly daily driven, some drag weekends shifting at 9k.
