No, it wouldn't let your temp gauge work.


So whats the issue and what did u do recently

 

It does not want to start everything is hooked up...I think it's my distributer...I think the timing is off how do I set the timing right???...we just put a new engine in it two days ago

It's a d16y8 engine got the hoses hooked up all the plugs but that one in the picture gaskets an everything are good all the fluid is good

 

Completely stock 99 Civic?

Bright spark at all 4 plugs?

Throttle position sensor?

my car is obd2a, but it could also be for the evap canister

Also it looks like the car is an automatic, or has an intake manifold for an auto, looks more like a idle air control valve plug as well

 

Yeah it's an automatic. It wants to start like it's trying to turn over but it's like there's one thing stopping it but I can't figure it out
