Default Certain gauges won't work after replacing a bulb in instrument cluster

I recently just took apart the dash in order to replace a bulb in my instrument cluster. After putting everything back toghether, I noticed that the fuel gauge just goes all the way to the top even though I have a half tank of gas.

I then took everything back apart and checked it out and made sure everything was connected, only problem is, when I put it back together, now the temperature gauge does the SAME thing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

if you look at the temp and gas when disassembled there is a roll of copper wire and a single strand of copper wire that receives voltage. This in turn gives you your gas gauge and coolant readings. I am certain when you were tightened those little screws behind the circuit, you definitely put too much pressure which cause the single fine strand of copper wire to snap. Hence why you are not getting an electrical signal. Go to the junk yard and find a a similar car as yours and take what you need. Be certain to GENTLY and LIGHTLY tighten those screws.
