No Spark No Inj Pulse CALLING ALL PROS
Hello HT, I am Getting frustrated. I have been all over the faq's and searching like crazy to find the answers to my problems and i have come up empty handed. I have a 1991 Crx Dx. This car was originally dpfi and i have converted it to mpfi. I have converted many ef's to obd1 and mpfi before and have never encountered these types of problems. I would first like to let you guys know that i am not new to hondas in anyway shape or form. I have been doing this for 10 years. so to let you guys know exactly what type of issues im having here it goes....
I have no spark and no injector pulse.
So for starters i checked to make sure that i had power @ igp1 and 1gp2
My car is obd1 converted so the location of igp1 and igp2 are a25 and b1
igp1 and igp2 both have 12v as they should.
now moving on
i have checked at the pgmfi relay for voltage i have 12v in and 12 out to everything. fuel pump, ecu, resistor box, Its all good.
I then decided to check the resistance of the wires between the ecu and the pgmfi relay just for ***** a giggles and to no surprise they tested fine. I then tested between the relay and c313 to find that i have no voltage to pin 1 or 6 witch are primary and auxiliary injectors.
I then figured that the problem was a short between the relay and c313 so once again i started testing the resistance and everything is in spec once again.
I replaced the main relay with one that i pulled apart and re soldered to make sure it was good.
still no luck. so to sum this up i have 12v at igp1, igp2. I have power to and from the main relay. I have good resistance between the ecu and main relay. i have no power to c313 but good resistance between c313 and the main relay. I do not have 12v to injectors.
This about sums up the injector problem.
now moving on to the distributor.
I have only tested that i have power to coil and made sure that the wiring for cyp is correct. I have 12v to the coil and the wiring is fine.
I have also checked all fuses just incase someone suggests that. they are all good
Please help!!
I have had my head so wrapped around this **** for a week now and its driving me crazy.

Sounds similar to an issue I had a few years ago. Turned out to be my distributor.

sorry for the late response, I got frustrated with the crx and decided to put the engine in the civic hatch back i have. Thinking that there was a short in the dash harness i really didn't want to deal with. I put the engine in my hatch and guess what. I have the same problem, I am running obd0 injectors with a resistor box. It is all wired properly. I have triple checked everything. Injectors ohm out at 2.5ohm. I tried a new ecu, i tried a new jumper harness, i tried another distributor i had laying around and still no injector power. Tonight i went to the store and bought some starter fluid and the thing fired right up.
Why dont i have 12v to injector??!?!?!?!

Well for one....your not going to get 12v at the injectors when your running low impedance (your stock obd0) injectors. The injectors run on a 5.5v power supply. The resistor box reduces the supplied power from 12v to 5.5v.
Only saturated (92+) Injectors run on a 12v power supply.
Also make sure your running an obd1 distributor as well
