Came across this today. Interesting how solid of a review the car got back then and then thinking about what is considered sporty now.

If you're comparing them number-to-number, the modern-day Si really hasn't improved in much of anything without decreasing value heavily in other areas. The '89 Si is far greater a value by today's standards, in my opinion.
In fairness, you need to compare it to a modern day Si.
