I have power every where i need in my distributor and all my sensors are good but still no spark i re soldered and shrinktubed my ecu harness where it was frayed by my ecu i tried it again but still no spark. There was a black mark on the outside of the ecu is my ecu fried? And could it stop my spark but still run everything else the same like it still turns over fine this is the last thing i can think of i have spent like 700 on parts since i had the spark issue just so sick and feel like taking it to a bloody scrapyard any advice is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked all fuses and grounds on your car? Stop throwing parts and money into this car of yours and just troubleshoot your issue until you figure out what it is that needs replacing. Here is what a burnt ECU looks like, take your cover off and inspect the computer itself for any burn marks or charred resistors:

No matter what you should never rule out any of your fuses always check them and grounds to make sure its all good to go. Also check your coil for proper voltage.
