My 1992 Honda accord hesitates when accelerating but once it accepts the fuel it runs good. The issue is when you get off of the gas at a red light the idle goes so low the car will shut down. It starts right back up but what could cause it to shut down. I cleaned the IACV and FIV. I deleted the Air boost valve. Still it shuts down, I am thinking that it's the distributor.

 

My first guess would be a lazy oxygen sensor and/or an exhaust leak.
