Default Tips on removing multiple layers of paint from wheels?

Okay guys, my buddy has a set of GSR Blades that he gave me to put on my sedan... now these are perfect except the finish (and minor curb rash on one wheel)... some idiot sprayed them white, then sprayed them orange, then plasti-dipped them white and then splattered orange paint over that? Can someone tell me a good way to get all of these layers of paint off WITHOUT removing the tires from the wheels? Thanks guys.

Mask it up and go to town on them with some aircraft stripper. Might need the jelly type rather than the spray since there's so many layers. Will probably still need multiple sessions to get it all off.

Also don't forget to do it in a well ventilated area

I used "Aircraft Remover" (the spray) and it works perfectly. Just make sure to wear gloves and dont spray your tires, cause that s*** will eat through anything.
