If you change the color stay in the red family. then you don't have to get the engine bay and door jams painted. and when the paint chips its not that bad.
a paint job can range from $300(macco) to $2000

i dont have any money for a c/f hood yet still saving only owe $700 to my parents
I don't see the pic of the hood. but from the sides it looks like you could restore that paint.
use detailers clay and it'll remove most of the hazyness and swirl marks and oxidation.
If you don't feel comfortable doing it (there's no reason not to do it yourself) you could get it professionally detailed (if they compound it and polish it you should end up with damn close to new looking paint.)

If you do it red again, this is what it'll look like (well, can look like, depending on who paints your car). I actually like it because the color looks so deep and clean - like glass, rather than tomato-colored like most red Civics out there (faded from the sun).
his hood is messed up the person before him shut it by pushing so its a big dent there and a bunch of lil 1s in the sun the car is like 3 different colors too lol
paint it another color cant wait to ge mine painted. jade green from the infiniti g20's with gold flake
. get a nice copper liek someone said b4 or get a cobalt blue. something darker tho no bright *** yellows.
besides too many red civics everywhere one time driving in my frens cx hatch wit a b16 we saw my other fren in his red vx(swap in it too) and 3 other red hatchbacks all with ******* exhausts on them. lol

A full color change the RIGHT way could cost big bucks and take a shitload of time to do.
I know this from experience.
I say stay red unles you have the time/money to be down without a car to have it strippe completely and totally color changed.
The S2000 New Formula Red is bad-***!
