1993 acura integra b20 vtec keeps jumping time
I have a 93 integra with a b20 vtec b18c1 head. Brand new timing belt and tensioner. Every time I set the timing it will run for about 5 minutes at idle then it will jump time on the exhaust side about 3 teeth. I have looked through the forum and done every thing people have said to do including using a coat hanger to hold tension and it still jumps time. Does any one know what could be wrong. It has a gsr timing belt water pump and oil pump. Please help?

You go from sounding like this ...
And next reply looks like this?
Grab yourself a mirror and position it in front of you so that you see your face in the reflection. Thats the problem. There's no reason a belt jumps 3 teeth on the exhaust cam gear after 5 minutes of running at idle if you've followed procedures correctly and verified your setup. Plain and simple.

That was funny. But foreal OP, sometimes the tensioner spring gets old and won't tension properly. If there is still slack even after the proper procedures are taken, push the tensioner up a little but next time you're at three teeth past TDC and tighten. That should snug it up a bit.
