i have a problem with my cluster Fuel marker, seesaw sometimes looks empty, with gasoline can someone help

 

Sounds like the sending unit on pump might be going bad. Had that on a customers car. It's a lever with a float on it in the fuel pump in tank. You can check it by pulling it out and using a voltmeter to check for breaks
